We have full experience in heat treatment and will conduct a series of complete testing and inspections, such as chemical tests, mechanical tests, hardness tests and salt spray tests for each batch of order. All socket cap screws must be in conformity with the related international or domestic standards before shipment.
We will pack the screws as per your requirements or the standard export packaging to avoid any possible damages to the screws in transport process. Usually, our fasteners are packed in gunny bags or cartons, 25 kilograms or 50 kilograms per gunny bags, 25 kilograms per carton. Then bags or cartons are placed onto the pallets. In addition, the pallets would be wrapped up by polyethylene film to keep moisture from penetrating during ocean shipping.
